1. Any software created by Mikee Web Design is for the sole use of the client and the clients company, It must not be resold or shared unless express written consent has been given by Mikee Web Design.
2. Please note that whilst I will create software for you I do not currently offer a service to modify existing third party software (e.g. Sage or SAP) as it may lead to loss of warranty/support and possible legal action against me! (This does not affect web site re-design).
3. Any software written will include user instructions and technical information (Generally not source code) as well install/removal instructions where appropriate.
4. New software s normally written in C++, C# or VB. Data is managed in Access Database, SQL Server or XML files unless otherwise stated.
5. Unlike web design some aspects of bespoke software design may be outsourced but will always be to an individual or company within the UK.
